    2. I just received this book last week since I was a contributor I started reading it yesterday and have been taking many notes Everyone who wants to make sales as an author, no matter how experienced you are, will learn something from this book I am not done with the book yet but already have pages of notes

    3. After reading several bloggers say they liked this book I was eager to read it Unfortunately, it didn t live up to the hype.Chandler does an okay job of presenting her material Very little of it is new or beyond the realm of common sense She does a very good job of promoting herself and her books throughout the book, which I suspect, is the real reason she wrote this book.

    4. This book is a great way to understand how Public Relations, Networking and Outsourcing work together for the aspiring writer If you re going to start a large project and try to make money by what you write, this is definitely a good book to read I recommend combining this book with a webdesign graphic design book if you re about to start making an online platform.

    5. I found this to be a good guide to getting started with Internet Publicity Most of it is common sense type advice, like setting up a website and blogging, but it s a good overview for new writers to consult in getting started with internet publicity.

    6. Chandler packs a bunch of info into this small volume on platform building Written released in 2008 means that a LOT of changes advances have taken place since it was written regardless of the lightspeed evolution of technology, this still offers viable tips.

    7. This is what you should be reading instead of those awful, get rich quick self publishing books You need to have a platform to be a successful writer, period So you might as well learn what you need to do.

    8. So far, I ve gotten very usable stuff from this book It prompted me to get my author s page on going Check it out
