I felt that there was a lot of repetitive suggestions, and would have enjoyed the book if it had been concise The author writes well, and I learned a lot but the recipes and meals she suggests may be Omega 3 healthy, but not over all healthy Onion soup mix in a dip recipe No way all those chemicals and salt can be healthy I will use flax oil often in my salad dressings, and have changed my supplements a bit to add Omega 3 s so I did find some benefit in reading this.


    2. While I did find some very useful information, there s no saving this from being a fuzzily conceived and written book It reads like a list Definately worth perusing though I ll be on the lookout for a better book on the subject.


    3. Omega 3 fats from seafood and fish are essential to the body and especially the brain Our brain cells require Omega 3 fats like bones need calcium If you eat a diet rich in seafood and Omega 3 s, you will reduce the rate of aging and you will feel younger and healthier.


    4. You many think, oh, just omega 3 WRONG I encourage every woman, mother, and wife to read this book Fascinating, essential information
